· Object detector — This is not a motion detector. That means that EyeC does not generate an alert unless a human-like object is detected. It does not respond to fluctuations of pixels and noise. · Adaptability — EyeC adapts to both sudden and gradual changes in illumination. Thus, it handles camera’s exposure changes, and works from day to night without recalibration. · Reliability — We designed the system so that it can work with an infrared camera with wireless connection. The video processing engine built inside EyeC can handle high degrees of noise and disruptions over a wireless link.
